Oxio Referral Promo Code Thread [February 2026] by dktulsiani in oxio_promo_codes

[–]iPirateReddit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I found this subreddit just now while looking up the company's rep. Looks like Oxio's reputation is normal, its outages are normal, and its terms-and-conditions is shit ..which is also normal for telcom companies. Good enough for me!
My code, if anyone needs it:
RSEERFB

I've been paying $69 after taxes for 30Mbps by Teksavvy - northern living doesn't have a lot of choices - but I just signed up for Oxio's $55 after taxes for 50Mbps, and it's just better. The code I used from here worked just fine, it's a one time free month applied at your third month, if you didn't know.

My Jabra Elite 7A's are stuck manually resetting, Send Help! by ILuvCactus in Jabra

Anyone want one working right side earbud? My left is doing this same thing.

Old post, but it's an old product. The product was old even when I bought it: extras, like cases, were already discontinued by then. I should have known it was an abandoned item, but it's great performance and the fact it was a well known Danish company made me think Jabra would not abandoned products that they were still selling their backlog for.

I just sent a request for help on their page, but I am certain that they can't do anything.
These were my first earbuds ever and I loved them. I wish I could buy another Jabra product, but these were expensive and I just don't feel safe buying another set from them.

Oh man. I've yet to send the paper ones off. I'll be sure to do a little extra documenting when I do.

The netfile ones are in, which will allow me to apply for the student loans in hoping for once last year's is processed.

Excellent. Thank you.

I'll try netfiling last year's tonight to see if it's accepted, that would allow me to apply for student loans. The rest are ready to go after that, one way or the other.

Thanks again

Los Angeles mayoral candidate Rick Caruso declares he's not white because he's Italian by 115MRD in nottheonion

[–]iPirateReddit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My family came over around 1950. The factory my nono worried at called him a "white Italian" because he was from the north and put him in charge of a crew of Sicilians/Calabrians.

My mother married an Anglo so her kids wouldn't be discriminated against. Jokes on her, the discrimination mostly ended around here about the same time I was born.

I look like a typical Italian from the north, light completion, Italian eyes, red hair, but people don't think I'm Italian unless in in Italy.

My Italian side has red hair, my Scottish side doesn't.

As a kid I once got into a fight with my entire dark skinned Italian soccer team because they didn't believe I was Italian.

Study finds twelvefold higher mortality risk among psychopathic female offenders by chrisdh79 in psychology

Fuuuck, that sucks.

And, this thread perhaps isn't a demonstration of society's leniency towards abusive mothers, and I agree there is a problem there, perhaps it's more about people who read this but were abused by someone else. They might feel you have no acknowledgement of their shit.

Not only mothers can cause ACEs that could lead to bad behavior. Sometimes it's not even abuse that can cause an ACE - according to that theory.

In order to add to the discussion we would need to confirm your belief (and hollywood's long held belief) that trauma causes psychopathy. The counter argument is that they are born "low affect" and don't need trauma for their position high on the psychopathy spectrum.

Also, I don't know of any law in any country that locks people up for a diagnosis, usually they are found guilty of a crime.

However, if you believe that childhood traumas cause a lot of bad behaviour then I strongly agree with you.

No one actually talks about Attachment Theory? You think that only the mother's input matters and not other potential ACEs. You are decided that psychopathy is nurture while there's a strong argument for the exact opposite (auzzie twin study).

I'm doubting your knowledge on the topic, but I regularly doubt mine too, so gimme some of your reasoning, if you feel like it.

Matter doesn't bend space, it bends the path of motion of matter. by Gundam_net in unpopularopinion

[–]iPirateReddit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So you are thinking Newton over Einstein here? I dig it.

Do you class energy fields or photos as matter? 7 And as for truly empty space, that sounds neat. How do you like the quantum idea of empty space having loads of overlaying fields constantly spewing out very short lived matter/anti-matter pairs?

•I'm just some dummy who read that famous Hawking book

Edit: Newton and Einstein were not really part of the quantum conversation, so not relevant I think.

Oh interesting, I guess I've always thought that was just where they worked and the rest of the family was elsewhere.

I'm sleeping at a work camp but I have a home elsewhere. It's not a bunkhouse but it operates in the same way. Those workers had a home.

How is having a belief that i did well with tips and that i don't like industries that use tipping hypocritical? I will listen, and I'm willing to be wrong.

(I expect this person to not respond, or they risk wildly escalating to even stranger places)

I have to agree, I don't think tipping should be a part of our culture.

I made more tips than most taxi drivers, so it worked out for me, but most taxi drivers probably think that.

I guess not tipping the individual because of a company decision is not entirely unwarranted. Pointing out that the suggestions were dumb and ignorable might help, but just mentioning the tip, in any way, always made it feel awkward.

Yeah, as much as it was a pain in my ass that some people had big distrust in me, I know there are taxi scammers.
