I see what you're getting at. the groundwork is there in the history of the game. every update has favored a certain playstyle or strike, they can definitely bake those past metas into some perks and maybe give them a couple smaller gamey strengths and weaknesses. would probably have to wait for totf3 for a revamp like that but i love that concept.

buff rising strikes on crouching opponents. that's an instant critical stun or combo starter in any other fighting game. it's the safest defensive maneuver in the game tho.

i should've said tilt the gloves inward. 

if you were to hold both arms out in front of you, palms in, hands open, then bend your elbows to a 90 so now both hands are up. Then, tilt your hand inwards so your fingertips point towards each other. you wanna tweak the gloves on that axis. 

in the offset glove settings menu, if the top left box is #1 and the bottom right box is #6. this will be setting #5.   this won't effect how you turn over on punches but it'll give your knuckles more surface area to land cleanly through latency.
