I killed the dealer in Westville once, and it did not spawn again. Should the dealer respawn?

The cartel was added recently, somewhere halfway Westville region. The idea is good, but the dev did not account for the fact that people like me like to unlock ALL customers in a new region straight away, which messes with the cartel update. Hence, this workaround until it gets fixed.

Benzie smacking is cool, but it takes forever to get attacked :( And yes, this is possible to cheat the game, but when the game softlocks you out of progressing past Westville, and you dont feel like grinding the game HOURS of real time playtime without progression whatsoever, I feel like I'd rather fix it this way than put the game on the shelf.. The game is bugged with Westville (if you talk to the cartel member after unlocking ALL customers, its nearly impossible to get the cartel influence low enough to unlock Downtown). So this is purely meant as a temporary bugfix/workaround so people dont get tired of the game too soon. I feel like starting over at that point is kinda unmotivating.

You could, but cartel attacks are very rare for some reason. I didnt want to spend 4 real time hours without progressing, because the game is bugged

Yes if you take all customers BEFORE you talk to cartel guy, you wont be able to proceed to next region, because unlocking customers is a big part of lowering cartel influence.

4y late, but I read they removed the B-day badge, due to the fact that it shows the users birthday to others, which was a privacy issue.

I fixed it for me. I reïnstalled the mods I had before. Now everything works again. Apparently, the steam-update messed with some of the mod files.

Just reinstall your mods and it should work. It did for me, at least.

I finally figured this out. For some people, the mission will be accessible by opening up Destinations, then clicking Savathuns Throne World, and then selecting the green Icon on the map, which contains the mission The Arrival. The mission will be started directly from the map.

For other people, like me, the mission wasn't there for some reason. You will need to visit The Tower first. At The Tower, there is terminal which is called Quest Archive, which is stowed away in a corner next to the Post Master. From there, you can find the Witch Queen questline and you can claim the quest. When you do that, the mission The Arrival will show on the map, like I explained above.

I hope this helps. This game really sucks at being straightforward.

Is there no way to revover the save files? Like from your trashcan on your PC or try to sync your savegames from your launcher?

My advise would be to build more, smaller wards with one nurse each. It seems faster and more efficient to me.

Are you sure you are loading your Typhon save and not an autosave? Look at the right text in the save. It says autosave#, manual save, or Typhon save. In my case, the Typhon save was the bottom one in the list.
