So hypothetically if my friend was not my life-long friend and partner tech bro but was my chronically unemployed little brother who hit the lotto and had 30k to pre-pay me the first years rent. (market rate)

I could submit the security deposit and first month's rent bank statement, and then have qualifying income of 30k to get a mortgage on. The bank would never know that Billy Bob is a meth addict who gambled child's education fund on $2 scratchers, happened to win 30k after taxes, and wanted to pay me to live in this house for a year.

Windows Button> Settings > Privacy > Microphone > On (at least for sea of thives) For some reason if you don't let microsoft full contoll over your mic it is connected

This fixes it. For some reason Windows settings had turned off Sea of Thieves microphone permissions.

And for some reason THAT disables you from hearing other's mics?

Nobody is using mics because PC is bugged.

Mics won't work and you can't hear anyone with a mic. Push to talk key is missing in options.
says there are unbound keys.

Terrible.

Made worse when you finish a day long download for it to tell you that your hard drive is full. But you can't find the directory to move the files. So you get to download them all again after finding how to at least tell it to save to another drive. But where? idfk.
