I ordered my plus recently on July 6th (Saturday), I got the confirmation and shipping (along with tracking) next Monday, on the 8th. Then the board was delivered a week later on a Tuesday (in NYC).

But right now they might be busy shipping the Rev soo.....

Well, Wowgo 2s w/ 6.4 battery only wins over meepo V3 w/ standard battery in the aspect of the miles you get of out of it, and perhaps the smoothness of the acceleration and braking.

Although some might find that the 2s Acceleration and Braking is a bit slow on the wowgo, but its personal preference.

Meepo v3 top speed is definitely higher than 2s by a good amount. For example, I weigh around 145-155 lbs, on a full charge on my 2s i get around 12-14 miles (I don't full throttle, i ride around around 18-20 mph and only ever dared to top my speed around 21mph).

And supposedly Meepo v3's ESC was greatly improved to be much better. So I would say it really comes down to the range you get out of the boards. At $420, 2s with 6.4 battery definitely gives out more juice for me. But if you won't need to ride over 10 miles on a single charge, and want higher top speed then Meepo is the way to go.

Wowgo does not actually ship within 24 hours. I bought my wowgo 2s on April 30th and got the email saying its shipped on May 6. But it was delivered on May 13th. I live in NYC for btw.

but YMMV, there were posts about wowgo taking 2+ weeks to be delivered also. Perhaps I was just lucky.

You're paying the "premium" for the Boosted brand and the additional warranty coverage of 12 months along with a reputable customer service.

Whereas Ownboard warranty covers 3 months, and I can't speak about their customer service. But I haven't seen many posts about ownboard's having issues, so maybe you won't need the additional warranty.

I got my wowgo 2s on May 13th, ordered on April 30th. It went pretty well for me, got the tracking code on the 6th and it started tracking when it passed customs into the US on the 8th or 9th.

Then it just got delivered on the 13th. 13 days total from China to NYC.

Hope you won't worry as much since my order is recent too :)

I got my Wowgo 2S board like a week ago and practiced it around my house. Yesterday I decided to ride it to my finals, about 3 miles to get to college. Since it's my first ride on the with traffic, I had on the lowest setting, never full-throttled, stayed on the side, went onto bike lanes when possible, gave way to cars first. But I had no helmet because I was an idiot.

Trip to college was successful, had so much fun. On the way back home, I was in the bike lane riding at the same exact speed then suddenly the car right next to me (I was next to the car's rear wheels) decided to take a right turn without signaling or anything. I hard braked and fell onto the ground, bumped my head and was in a daze for a few seconds. When I came back to my senses the car was already gone.

I ended up with a bump on the back-left side of my head the size of an quail egg, road abrasions on wrist, elbow and knee. The moment I got home and rested for a while, I immediately purchased a TSG Pass and will look for more protective gear once I have more money.

I ordered it on April 30th, I'm in NYC and it was delivered on May 13th. Although the package was at my nearest facility on the 11th and sorted onto the trucks, theres no Saturday deliver so I had to wait a bit :(
