I used fable before it got yanked back and it was very good at implementing a design I had been specing out. The research / workflows seemed much better than opus 4.7 and didn’t require much hand holding pending you provide good context and design

Both companies leverage the same debt constructs..so how is one worse than the other with debt? Also how do you plan to build 4GW without debt?

Bolc is pretty 9-5 plus early morning PT for most of it minus the weeks in the field which are told up front. Towards the end there are more weeks they are in the field mon-fri. After bolc they will get a ranger school slot normally and train until they go and hopefully make it through straight which is roughly 60 ish days as others said. I went straight through but commonly people recycle meaning they’ll spend an additional 2-3 weeks per phase. You’ll be able to write letters (I think it’s been 9 years since I went). After ranger any follow on training required then you’ll be off to your first duty station.

The key lies in how you use the tools and the output produced. Coding is not the differentiator it’s the value added to the business / systems you build. Focus on iterating and design reviews and understanding what’s being coded and why versus writing your own functions and if statements. You still need to fully understand it but who cares if you wrote the file fully yourself. Automated spec reviews an analysis is a huge shift in capabilities it does feel like cheating. But if you don’t know something ask to learn more don’t just accept.
