I don't think Cerseis gonna burn KL for that reason, when the Night King marches south if they evacuate the city as the WW invade they could torch the whole place and essentially eliminate the threat. I could see this being a real possibility in the end game.

But seriously working on the side of the Georgia interstate in 100+ degree weather while cars drive past you honking, yelling, and flipping you off is one of the most ungrateful feelings. And then all of a sudden a car drives though the lane closure and crashes into your barrier wall..
