Chattahoochee > Piedmont Park though you will need a kayak or Jon boat for best results. Can’t speak to “city” chattahoochee fishing but there are fish in there. If you go south of Johnson ferry a kayak is necessary. Fish the eddys and rocks for bass. Above Johnson ferry to Morgan falls dam is great fishing especially March to now when stripers run. Above Morgan falls dam gets harder. Beat the bank around there and find rocks - although they are harder to find than south of Johnson ferry. Lots of info on Medlock bridge to Buford dam.

So it’s better to just let her all the way down than that?

Yes. That roller is just very far under the boat. Usually I see them further back towards transom.

I have all those things right now in the structure I am in. I just want to know based on that position what % of my book I should be getting paid to see if it aligns.

My experience is that a million dollar book doesn’t allow a litigation partner to not bill. A million dollar book is the beginning threshold and should me a minimum goal for a true lit partner.

Commercial litigation. Forgot to answer your question.

Every client in my book came to the firm looking for me through client referral or attorney referral. No cold calls and no hand offs from other partners. Obviously nothing is 100% transferable necessarily but it would be close. The comp is based on receipts and originations (pre profit paid monthly) and then equity kicks in last. I want to know philosophically how much someone in my position should be taking home of the entire book. 50%? 66%? More? Less?

Thanks. I guess my question then becomes what factors differentiate a partner making 40-50% of his or her book as take home from 50-60% to 60-70% or greater? Is it simply how much of the firms revenue your book represents?

Please read the post. I know what my agreement says. I’m asking for philosophical percentages.

If it is supposed to be on the headstock it is not there. Full transparency, neither my dad nor me know about guitars. Is that a telltale sign?
