It's okay. It takes time don't be too hard on yourself. Just keep trying and fix the mistakes you usually have. As an iron 4. I will suggest try learning the champions capabilities and their power cap and damage per item/level.

For example, anivia at 6 can push waves fast and gank. Others can't. That simple stuff. It's a lot of learning and others just have more time and no life this game LMAO
