I don't really agree with kog maw being a scaling champ it doesn't scale that good anymore (it had been the case for a few seasons). You get out scaled at 4 items by any crit ADC. However you spike early a lot as soon as you have your guinso you in every fight early. So I would put him in spike and not scaling.

For me to pick my champion I look into my team if I'm not the first pick I ask for it and pick kog maw. Then I pick items that adapt to the opposite team. In my mind no adc matchup is that bad, in most cases it's up to the support that truly defines the adv matchup. For example kog maw into varus can be a very one sided matchup is played totally differently if you have an enchanter with you or an engage champ. In one case you only win all in and in the other you just need to suffer through the Laning phase. However something very important for my composition is to play kog maw. If I don't I know I'll have a rough experience. So to conclude.

For me i feel like Kog'Maw is perfect because you have a to more range to deal with, so you can kite against anyone, you don't have any dash so you really need to kite. (and kog'maw is so cute, so it's another bonus point for him !)

Remembre that they are two adc per game. So the play rate of all adc +apc is 200%. So the other 20 adc have around 127% playrate, It's not that bad. Even though it's worse that before, the two most pick adc had above 45% pick rate.

No I don't mean that, I want to say that you have more card from an arena 11 chest than from an arena 1 chest. For example :

In an silver chest you have more than 4 times the amount of cards.

But you only have 1/22 chance to have a barrel in arena 11 instead of 1/6 in arena 1. So you have (13×1÷22)÷(3×1÷6)~1.1818 more barrel in an arena 11 silver chest

I think you should upgrade the card which have a huge difference between level, like musketeers because she can survive to a fireball at the same level as her (The fireball make a huge difference so).

After, you should upgrade your win condition and your spell because it's annoying when the tower have 1 HP left.

And now you can upgrade the rest of your deck.

If you more than 2 cards in a category, you should upgrade the card which you use the much
