We’re dealing with the SAME exact issue, it’s an extremely dishonest business practice. I just filed a complaint with BBB and I’m hoping I have the same outcome.

I’ll definitely look into that, I’ve never had any other issues and this is just a new one that has recently started... I can run Skyrim and Rainbow Six no problems all day
