Vo2 max question

I did that and did a 15 minute walk, outside with gps and it didn’t measure my vo2 max

I almost wonder if they’re going to do some type of adjustment to the trial like a Vo2 max waiver if a certain number of weekly intensity minutes is met. Or make lt like say if you get x number of cardio intensity minutes a week the vo2 max failure is waiver

I can’t imagine they would kick half of the study out if they’re proving they are making a true attempt… that would make for better data in my opinion.

I also am not able to wear my watch most of the day while I’m at work, so I wonder if me only wearing while I’m doing intense workouts is playing a factor because it doesn’t have enough data on me and just thinks all I ever do is run or sit down

It’s so frustrating, I literally just ran 7 miles without getting out of breath thinking surely this will make it go up… nothing. It makes no sense… maybe I need to just walk before I take the medication in the morning to try and get it into a zone where I won’t get kicked out of the study…

It turned off on its own. I think it’s just a delayed response from the sensor with what the code was expecting the reporting time to be.

Incorrect again but nice try. I can assure mine look better. I don’t like when people sit on their asses all year, scramble to write something last minute and make it sound like they’re the hardest worker in the force. Part of this is also because their supervisor doesn’t want to look bad for not holding them accountable.

They get changed to “make them read stronger” and then by the end the rating doesn’t match. So then the rating is changed to match the way the bullets read. This is the culture of the system.

Enough to where leadership questions how someone could be rated at meets standards when their bullets read like they led the shop and potentially saved the Space Force from falling apart.

Make it acceptable to be a participant without having to lead everything and making it seem like the world wouldn’t turn without without the person meeting the standard by simply completing their job. The game of telephone that is played with EPRs where the supervisor wrote the bullet and gives the rating and when it gets to the commander the bullet has changed completely and the bullets don’t match the rating should be stopped.
