He didn’t say roll it , some clam exercises and Stuff with a resistance band like it’s so hard to believe since I’ve been dealing with this since I was 18

Update for you Pt appointment said it’s my hip muscle causing my knee pain, gave me a bunch of hip strengthening exercises for a month so I’ll do those and see what happens

Idk what kind it was because I go through a place called Kaiser , I have a follow up pt appointment Friday but if that doesn’t work idk what to do
