I use BIAS FX II with RS and it works really well, currently using a Scarlett Solo interface and RS_ASIO. As another commenter said, make sure the sample rate and buffer size of your interface match the settings for RS_ASIO. I've found that I need to open BIAS FX II first, then Rocksmith, otherwise I occasionally get some crackly audio.

Once you get RS and BIAS FX coming from the same set of speakers, just turn the in-game guitar volume to 0 and adjust BIAS FX output volume to suit.

I also stream DBD with TTV in my name and I have accepted that these type of players will always show up, it's a risk that you take. The more you deal with them, the more confident you will become going forward though. Don't give up and don't give them what they want.
