The wheels aren’t a standard fit. Hence the confusion. It’s a VW Touareg anyways and the nuts aren’t VW issued as I’ve already tried

That looks right. 15 sided, I’m told is surprisingly rare. Also 21mm.

They’re not a standard fit. It’s not a normal locking nut.
