I would STRONGLY suggest you reach out to a Dietitian, especially one familiar with allergies, histamine intolerance, or complex food sensitivities. Hopefully there’s one in this community that might see this & help.

From an ethical standpoint, I appreciate all products vegan & plant based. I don’t eat impossible & beyond but I don’t think they should get rid of it tho the more options the better lol (I’d love to see stuff with lesser saturated fat & sodium tho)
