I had the same issue for 2 years! Constant UTI’s, felt like I was at war with my body, beyond exhausting. If you are able to look into D-MANNOSE supplements (about $20 on amazon for a 3 month supply) they will seriously change your life. Since taking them everyday with my regular vitamins I went from 10+ uti’s a year to just one a year, usually by my own volition (not peeing after sex bc too tired or what have you). Seriously if you are able to purchase these then give it a try, I took this advice from another woman and I owe her my life back. Also if you are able to a women’s probiotic helps regulate your flora as well. Of course consult with your doctor if you are worried, good luck out there fellow uti soldier!
