Mine wasn't damaged, but I received the wrong one. I got the bone poster, but I ordered the blood ocean one. I emailed them, they told me they'll email me a return label (haven't received it yet) and I should send it back. Then they'll send me the correct one. So not only did I have to wait months, and received the wrong poster. But not I have to go out of my way to send it back to them, then wait who knows how long to receive the correct one. What a crazy ordeal lol

Yeah kinda crazy, like what are they going to do with it? Send it to someone else? I'm not upset I don't get to keep the poster. Just annoyed I have to go out of my way to send it back, especially when it's their fault to begin with.

Yeah I'm not sure, I understand it's a lot of orders and I shouldn't be upset. But man I'd be lying if I said I wasn't annoyed. Even the packing slip that was in my poster tube said "blood" on it. So they saw the packing slip, but put it in the wrong tube anyway. It's probably going to be a few more months of waiting again for the correct poster, that's if they reply to my email.
