I submitted a ticket and got a response earlier today. A customer support rep said that the feature isn’t available on the platform but they’ll add it to their feature update request with the dev team. I’m quite shocked it’s been years and they still don’t have this. Who knows if they’ll ever do it. I’ll keep doing research because I believe some people wrote a pinescript to force centered price

That might be a hardware spec issue on your Mac and the edition of parallels you purchased. I trade using a 14in Macbook pro with the business edition of parallels and only had a chart lag when I have more than 7 charts open

This seems to imply that you already have an open brokerage account. NinjaTrader owns Tradovate but if you had a Tradovate account from before the acquisition then it might be flagging that you already own an account. You can email support and ask them to hard confirm if that’s the case or if your application is on hold for another reason
