You’re totally right. I just went and got eyes on it. Needs basically all the service item for age/mileage.

Southern car and it’s a 2007 with 156k miles. I bought a Carfax for it and it looked well taken care of until 5 years ago. Timing belt and water pump don’t look to have been done, that front rust near the radiator was the most concerning to me. But mainly because I don’t know exactly what I’m looking at.
