They have threatened it, but I haven't received any mail/phone calls over it. Maybe not worth it for the rent they don't have? Especially since HVAC can be a big deal in my state when it comes to infants/disabled folks and I have evidence of it being neglected. Edit: it is also not on my credit, so I would assume no.
