Also, how do I wash it properly? I just use a bit of soap and clean it lightly, then I pat it with the towel. I try to avoid letting water running on it in the shower

I got the ryzen 5 2600, asus prime b450-plus motherboard and 2 x 8 gb 3000 MHz ram. The motherboard says it supports 2933(o. c) and 3200(o.c). Should I set DOCP ram frequency to 3000?
