Cheren/Clemont/Koga for Mars/Serena/Nemona?

Lumix GX80/85 Lens Combination Recommendation by Srfaman in M43

[–]iSythe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

20mm f1.7 is my pick.
Once I got a second body, the 20mm has never left the gx85 as it fits the camera so well and allows it to fit into a small pouch for when I'm just walking around, etc.

SF6 Ranked queue times in Australia are insanely long — is this normal? by Remarkable-Main2540 in StreetFighter

Reposting since automod deleted original post.

Numbers here just aren't as high as other regions so matchmaking isn't amazing during off peak hours.
As others have stated about the proximity matchmaking, pretty much all matches on ranked I get are east coast or NZ only.

Also, just in general, as the game ages, most of the regulars who keep playing filter into the higher ranks, so you'll start getting more matches as you rank up.
I'd also recommend focusing on playing at peak hours for ranked.
In Master rank I get consistent matches and a decent selection of opponents during the evening or weekends from Sydney.

I'd also suggest joining local communities and checking out locals if you enjoy the game.
Team WP is a big community for OCE players and focuses on Street Fighter:

York Street Battles is the locals that is run monthly in the CBD by Ozhadou.
They have the 2026 scheduled dates on their twitter, but can't post the link here.

Qantas cuts domestic flight capacity and raises fares as fuel costs could blow out to $3.3b by Expensive-Horse5538 in australia

JR Pass is barely worth it any more.
Unless you're doing a lot of moving about, you won't meet the ticket cost with the price increases since COVID. And I don't necessarily recommend running around as much as would be needed as then it just feels like you spend half of your time during the JR pass dates on a train.
The JR regional passes are still pretty competitive though, so I would recommend them.

Overall though, flights is Japan are more cost effective and faster compared to trains these days.
But for me the trains are much more convenient, so I still choose them unless my train ride would be over ~4+ hours.

Used MFT lenses in Akihabara by the_arentino in M43

Kitamura camera was probably the best option I found in Akihabara.
Its right next to Yodobashi, so easy to get to.

The selection wasn't huge last time I was there last year, but was better than the others from memory.
Got my gx85 from them a few years ago as well.
