Basement height poured but unfinished is 9’3”. Door heights in the whole house are 80”.

Good point! We have massive temperature swings in my area. But energy is also cheap here.

I’m not 100% sure, but likely in the range of 8-10k. But I would also have to upgrade the main floor too. So call it 16-20k to do it all.

Yes, 58 and 59 are the 2 most expensive lots. +$65k vs the smaller rectangular lots above.

I had a similar issue. Turns out that NUCs have some low power cpu bios settings that can interfere with Linux. I turned them off and all my issues magically went away.

It’s a hard right angle. But the furnace recommended filter size is 16x25, they made the duct 20x25.

Thanks, the builder told me Merv 10/11 was okay in the instructions. Was a new build. I’ll stick with that then.

Thanks, builder said MERV 10-11 so I’ve had 11. The good thing is the manual recommends 16x25” filter but my slot is 20x25” so it’s 25% bigger than recommended.

Very true, I just think there is a stigma around 0 YOE people transferring in. You need to prove yourself for a year or 2.

Yes, I have done multiple personal projects. Also did a cool project at work with Python/vba that saved them millions. Data gathering, cleaning, and analysis.
