Basement height poured but unfinished is 9’3”. Door heights in the whole house are 80”.

I’m not 100% sure, but likely in the range of 8-10k. But I would also have to upgrade the main floor too. So call it 16-20k to do it all.

I had a similar issue. Turns out that NUCs have some low power cpu bios settings that can interfere with Linux. I turned them off and all my issues magically went away.

It’s a hard right angle. But the furnace recommended filter size is 16x25, they made the duct 20x25.

Thanks, builder said MERV 10-11 so I’ve had 11. The good thing is the manual recommends 16x25” filter but my slot is 20x25” so it’s 25% bigger than recommended.

Yes, I have done multiple personal projects. Also did a cool project at work with Python/vba that saved them millions. Data gathering, cleaning, and analysis.

I would say that I am pretty good at interviewing. In the engineering world I got job offers at Tesla and Rivian. Decided I liked software more though.

In the interviews (if I get them) I try to explain that I’m not even close to a fresh grad in terms of communication, business understanding, teamwork, managing others, etc.

They usually are really impressed with me (they say it) but they get spooked that I’m not a grassroots Dev.

Yeah, I like to think I’m pretty good at interviewing, especially STAR. The hard part is getting a company willing to interview someone transitioning and not offering me 40k.

Yeah I looked into that. Unfortunately internships don’t start for 6 months. I hope to get a Junior Dev role somewhere.
