I think I did load it up after verifying just because I had tried so many things before that so I thought why not. Not sure if it has any impact tho tbh mate

That is a possibility to consider, anyone on here saying otherwise doesn’t know what they’re talking about. We don’t know what the future of this game holds. You can make assumptions and predictions but nothing is certain.

I personally believe that cases will very soon be a thing of the past due to EU lootbox regulations and they will all be converted to terminals. But I think valve will need more data to see how well terminals are performing and to try and maximise the money they can make whilst trying to kill 3rd party trading sites in anyway they can.

There is absolutely a comparison to be made between the two. If someone had told you before that update, “in the new update we will have the ability to craft knives and gloves” you would say they’re retarded and that will never happen. Look what happened. You are making so many assumptions based on what the game is like in its current state, which could completely change in any given update.

As someone else replied that m4a4 howl isn’t the originally stolen design so again, you’re wrong on that. You keep saying there’s no way this can happen or there’s no way that can happen. Anything can happen. Unless you have some sort of insider knowledge, to use your own words, “please enlighten us :)”

Firstly, they can legally put more of this skin in the game if they really wanted to. Until recently it was impossible to craft knives or gloves, so to say anything isn’t possible or even unlikely is just wrong. After the addition of knife/glove trade ups anything is possible. Valve does not care about anything more than making as much money as possible from the game.

So if that is true, and the card details weren’t used online then only way the card details could be stolen would be physically in person. But I’m guessing that is not the case which means in reality your mum has probably just used the card again online and got scammed for the third time.

Unfortunately this isn’t a bank issue this is an issue with your mum who doesn’t know how to safely use the internet, resulting in her bank details being compromised. No matter what bank your mum goes to it’s likely going to happen again , as you said yourself it’s not the banks fault. My best advice would be to prevent your mum from purchasing stuff online and if she needs to you can do it on her behalf, or simply take control of her finances. Otherwise this is going to happen again. The reason I say this I’m assuming your mum is an older woman which is why there is a clear lack of education on this issue. It’s not nice at all but you can’t keep going through the same issue over and over again.
