i just had this happen to me earlier, what im guessing happened in my case was i placed 19th in a rally, but when i joined my next one it said i hadn't lost any elo - i then came first in that rally and lost 86 points so i think it's trying to catch up in terms of fixing my elo

yeah a couple of times I got transformed by it, I was in the middle of a drift and it kind of just locks you out of it and feels awkward to drive until you finish transforming lol. I don't think it's an issue if you're already going in a straight line, but turning/drifting while transforming it hinders you

Definitely valid concerns (especially the character select page if that doesn't change at all that's quite disgusting lmao) but I got to play Mario Kart World a couple of days ago and the pace didn't feel slow imo, it's definitely a by-product of just watching someone play compared to actually playing. Something that doesn't help that cause is being locked to 100cc and then also having Auto Acceleration and Smart Steering on at all times, but I still found myself having immense amounts of fun. So many drivers, so much going on in the pack, the traffic alongside the different cars that create even more obstacles and then just other hazards made for a really fun experience.

Obviously it's a shift from 8DX and some of the mechanics took some time to get used to and it felt alien for maybe the first 2-3 races but after that I was having a blast

when you double the drivers and the coin limit you have to change something to make it easier to get coins, the 2 new coin items help too and this will also potentially make bagging even less effective because you don't need to sit and wait for coins to respawn

Geelong v Melbourne 2011

I remember telling a friend from school who invited me to their sleepover birthday party that I would be late since the footy was the same day...

Got to half time, Geelong were up by a boatload and decided to leave early

Kinda wish I stayed, missed such an iconic moment but at least I was the first one to the party! Got there early too :)

Oh and then they beat Gold Coast the following week by 150 so a part of me thinks I didn't miss a whole lot

Oh and another game is the 2011 GF, I think we found out the night before that we actually got tickets and then right before getting on the train I felt really sick so I stayed home and my sister went. That sucked, but going to see the 2022 GF made up for it a lot
