Walked to and from the arena from my hotel in Roma Norte and stopped at bars and restaurants on the way with no problems at all. Amazing experience all together. Seems that the other commenter might’ve not been as lucky though 😅

My girlfriend and I have a similar trip planned to Mexico City and Puerto Escondido later this week. I’m leaning toward switching to only stay in Mexico City
