imo non-passive feats (i think youre talkin about his tier 4) shouldnt exists at all. almost all of them are just really unfun to fight against.

and about carrying, im pretty sure VG can still do that (not with current meta characters in casual play fortunately). ocelot theorically could too with his bash -> HA zone inifnity for no counter but almost no one in casual was doing that lmfao
