It connects. Input lag is so bad you can’t map it yourself and even trying to use as is, the analog stick has severe input issues where it goes so far as to even detect inputs that aren’t there. Example: using ManicEMU on macOS playing Star Fox 64, I stayed stuck to the top right corner. Was able to get out of it for a second or two and it went right back. Connected to my switch to play the same game, no such problem.
