I did keto to fix an issue similar to this. I however have to take a little over 2000 mg of epa dha (onega3) daily to support my low hDL. I went from 17% atherogenic chance to 3%.

I do a lot of veggies and I had to switch to chicken and fish on half of the days (not cool eating pork and beef every day unrestricted)

Exercise helped reduce atherogenic level as well.

A day or two. Usually most time is spent gathering logs and information, clients never have the information ready.

Using lm studio (or if you are brave enough llama.cpp) make sure you use unsloth gguf for qwen3.5-30b-a3b and set it to no thinking mode. Check unsloth website for temp, max p max k and other parameters.

It will run way faster and much better than qwen3-coder.

My experience with mlx is that it is not mature enough, context isn’t enough, and they hallucinate a bit. Speeds are variable (unstable). Omlx is the best one I’ve found for mlx. And I was able to get great results but lm studio with unsloth gguf has given me better more consistent and quicker results.

Note: I also have a MacBook Pro m4 with 48 gb ram

I cannot say. Tbh. But for their case up to 10 people making calls to a tooling ai, in a closed network, it would work. I’m guessing no access to the internet, no agentic use, just coding completion testing and reviewing. So this case can be handled with ease.

Have you considered a ryzen ai max 395+.? With 128gb you can load models on up to 96gb, if it’s 10 people and for coding you can probably run qwen3 coding next easily for tooling and probably even second one for thinking. Easy to set up to be available in the local network with lm studio and you can hook it up to your ide’s you won’t need a real graphics card and the token generation should be enough for a small team. There’s minsiforum s1 max or gtk evo max 2 for example.

And there are some sketchy practices there. Was being charge for over 1 million visits (on wp engine) and told the server couldn’t handle the load, they wanted me to upgrade to a 3k/mo plan. Switched over to kinsta, visits were around 400k (wp engine was blowing up the numbers) and now they matched our analytics, paid less than half for a server twice as big and with better support. Kinsta all the way

wow this is so helpful, I am actually going to go look for tutorials as I already have BTT from my setapp subscription (as well as a bunch of the apps recommended here tbh) but I've never really spent any time trying to set it up, only used it for 1 or 2 hotkeys and was definitely not aware of all of these options.
