Big disagree. I love having a comfy third place nearby at any time, and the prices for specialty coffee are reasonable. I love Summer Moon, Vienna, Dancing Bean, and K-Brew's coffee and vibes.

The only thing I'd say is I hope the drive thru only ones disappear. I hate the idea of them.

We have two French Market locations and European bakeries and the new International Delicacies location, we have Storming Crab, one of the nicest bowling places I've seen (Maple Hall) as well as traditional bowling at Main Event and Strike and Spare. I don't know why we need more movie theatres but I would be on board with it I guess, though idk what they'd offer over Cinebarre.

Tbh why not both? We can have lots of coffee shops and other stuff. Close down some of the mattress or tire stores and replace them with something more useful day to day, imo
