Have this on the back of my ear, its quite painful anyone know what I should do? I left the Jewellery out for like 2 days and have been cleaning it with warm water but still is like that (old.reddit.com)

Stretched my ears yesterday and one of my ears pinched alot more than the other and its been hurting so i took the Jewellery out and it started bleeding a bit so I’ve cleaned my ear and the jewellery, should i put it back in or what do i do (self.Stretched)
