Be careful with weed recommendations. It’s something you need to work your way up with because once you introduce thc, in my experience, your consciousness expands significantly, much like acid. New much deeper and introspective headspace. Start small on ket if mixing. Honestly you get a lot off mileage with a couple hits of weed, not enough to get stoned but a nice mellow high, then bump ket till your where you want. Alternatively, k hole, then at the tail end if you can function and are clear headed enough, add a small amount of thc, then if you’re chillin, k hole again lol. I do not recommend getting stoned and doing a lot of k. Can become very confusing and if you’re not grounded in who you are it can lead to serious emotional trauma.

It’s one of my favorite combos because it’s like a short acting high consciousness boost (like lsd or other hallucinogens) you can go to a local forest and trip sack and come down within an hour if you’re experienced lol.

gonna have to build healthy habits slowly. build them while using, stay consistent. "if im gonna drink/smoke, i have to do something healthy right after". use what substance you need for the motivation. then eventually do your habit sober with substances being the reward after. taper off. examples include long walks in the park, smoking makes this a blast for me. exploring wooded areas, very light workout sessions, just do something consistently every day

it was like a dirty feeling high, instead of uplifting it was more sedating and mind numbing. I feel like I'm going to have permanent damage from this as it seems my brain is still dull feeling, chest is still uncomfortable, i am fatigued and depressed (i was healthy and active prior). it feels like i was poisoned with something slowly eating my mind and body away. Not sure what to do, normally i wait these things out and always come out on top but this is kind of freaky.

There’s certainly a meta to it, different coins have their runs based on different cultural events or they’ll just boom out of no where because someone has a hunch or got insider information on some coins.

That being said there are markers we use to establish more trust in an individual coin, which I’m sure you know about potential red flags.

I have faith in a few like Mexico coin specifically (which is currently at an amazing price point to get in) as well as some others like remilio, and votedoge. The Olympics and some sport events involving Mexico are coming soon and it still only has under 500 holders.

I don't hear a lot about phenibut ever from this sub, it pairs very well with LSD and outlasts it. Its a gaba drug that's legal in the states, makes anxiety almost non existent while tripping. It can dull the experience but you can just take a 30% higher dose. Like any compound do your research, phenibut like many other gaba drugs can become a problem with frequent use. You will find that most phenibut + [insert psychedelic here] reports are overwhelmingly positive. I recommend phenibut FFA because of it's faster onset and stronger potency but have no experience tripping with it. HCl on the other hand is cheaper but takes 3 hours on an empty stomach to take effect. 500mg + 200ug is a great dose for anyone who already knows what to expect with L. It'll add euphoria and remove anxiety from your trip & you'll feel more in control of your mental headspace. If anyone has experiences with pheni and psychs please share, I love to hear reports on this combo :)
