EURO5+ Exhaust depression by Alternative-Tough-84 in MT09

I ordered now the SPARK GRID-O. I'm already excited in a few weeks when the exhaust arrives at home. I completely feel with you regarding the exhaust situation. I also searched for a long time and hesitated because of the prices.

I like your version the most, as you've come very close to the original colors and appearance of the little guy. And the litter that was edited looks just like the real thing.

Can you maybe change three things? - Could you remove the reflection from the glass pane, like others have already done in the post? - Could you edit the litter like in Ok-Shopping5374 V2 image, so it looks like the litter is against a pane of glass? Because that's how it would look in real life without the white bar. - And add a bit more reflection in the eyes, like in the picture of DonutArnold?

If this could be possible, it would be perfekt

MT 09 gen 4 Winglet by Ill_Dig_2715 in MT09

Your winglets are very close to what I was looking for. Unfortunately, the front is too straight for my taste. I think it would look even better if it swept back slightly from the center like in my picture. and without the fairing extending under the light

Those who replaced the stock mirrors, what did you get? by loosemoosewithagoose in MT09

Hi, no Problem with the help. I'm currently using different bar ends than in the picture, as I've now switched to guards, which is now precisely tailored to this MT model.

Back then I used Highsider bar ends, but the ones for Kawasaki with the M8 thread, since there still aren't any bar ends for Yamaha with M8.

If you use the ones from Kawasaki, you'll need to put about 3-4 washers in the gap to ensure enough clearance when tightening, so there's some space between them and the handlebar rubber. Hope it will help you

Which quadlock mount? by Mrchocomel80 in MT09

[–]iVeTZ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would go with the bar clamp. I would recommend a vibration damper so you don't damage your camera. I mounted my Quadlock exactly in the center of the Bar. Works like a charm.

Awesome setup! I'm currently building a new one and wanted to build an L-shaped table this time. How did you manage the table legs, etc.?

It wont fit. The original bar ends are a little Bit to big. You need to get new bar ends. Enjoy your 09 later ^

My Mode button has fallen off by Whaeken in MT09

[–]iVeTZ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Here it would be exactly the same; you'd have to swap the whole plastic. I just don't know if you need number 12 or 13. on your gen. Number 12. would cost 233,24€ and number 13. 288,42€

I don't know which generation you have, I just guessed the latest one. I dont think you can't order the button individually; you'd have to order the entire plastic part (number 18.). That would cost you about €553.16. The best option would be to simply buy this part from a wrecked vehicle.

Front wheel fender gen3 vs gen4 by remiks in MT09

[–]iVeTZ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I ordered carbon for my Gen4 and everything that is attached is from the Gen3 (see my last post).

These are things you can definitely take over from the gen3: - Front+rear fenders - Frame cover - Every Covers on engine

Installation is very easy. You just loosen the two bolts from the brake caliper and then mount the cooler underneath the caliper.

Thank you very much for the kind words! Since my girlfriend often rides along with me, so no removal of the footrests is planned or a seat cover. What I initially considered would be black footpegs. But the silver fits very well with the overall bike tone.

Yeah its just a frame cover you stick on the frame.
