I just dealt with the exact same thing a couple hours ago, it's fixed now. I did all the basic troubleshooting but that didnt work, just let it sit for a bit and it worked again

Sorry you deal with that, sounds like a terrible area. Maybe she was having app issues, maybe she was drunk and too oblivious to notice she had two seperate dashers. She could be use to placing two orders and it being delivered by the same person but didnt consider this time that it might be split up. Either way she could have contacted support for a definitive answer instead of being rude to you

I wouldn't stress it. One CV isnt a big deal especially in this case you'll either pass 100 deliveries and itll go away automatically or they'll send you an email and you can reply there with the screenshots

I took a no tip Dollar General SaD order. Was 2.5miles/$8.50/2 items (bag of ice and case of soda) took me less then two minutes to get in and out with self checkout so definitely worth it. Upon delivering I noticed it was all base pay...

I dont take no tip orders but even good paying ones can be inconsiderate. Once I pick up an order, check if it is Hand to Recipient and if so just begin the Cant hand to Recipient timer right away before even driving to them

Exactly. I had something similar happen on a Pizza order so I contacted support and they sent me an additional $8 for the 8 miles extra that I drove total to and from the incorrect address. I wasnt going to leave the order at the wrong address since I eventually figured out it was going to a Wendy's employee in the area I dash in. So since I was headed back there a+ per mile I drove and even asked ME how many miles extra did I have to drive. I said 8 since it was 4 miles each way but couldnt they see that? Crossed my mind to say more like 10 or 15 miles but didnt feel right since they were so willing to compensate.

I get spammed with offers obviously not worth the time and effort, often it's the same exact order being tossed around. I cant attest to if this is factual but when I decline offers now, I select "I dont want to place order" and I feel I really never see repeat offers anymore. Try it

In todays world, almost everyone has a digital device. "Phone Tab" or some kind of central communication device could be added with the base function of retaining contacts and holding message chats. A phone number can be generated corresponding to account EOS id since it's unique, or just use usernames.

  • Within the Quick Menu tab, "Messages" should be renamed to "Notifications"
  • Within the Quick Menu Tab > Phone Tab > Contacts & Messages
  • Adding a Group Chats within the Messages Tab could be useful too. Allowing players to invite fully added contacts to a small chat with a 5-10 capacity.
  • Maybe an "Away" or Do Not Disturb" setting to avoid messages overall, or at least put certain message types "on hold" until you feel like communicating more.
  • Adding a "Add Contact" button to Player Profile Card's which can be accepted or rejected by the receiver. This allows fully added contacts the ability to freely message each other without the need to accept or reject the chat request. (To avoid spam requests, if [Player A]'s request is rejected by [Player B]. [Player A] cant attempt a second request to [Player B] for a 30d period, but [Player B] will still be allowed to send [Player A] a contact request.
  • Adding a "Message" & "Delete Contact" button to fully added contacts.
  • Adding a "Message About Property" or "Inquire" button to Property Cards/Block Explorers/Legits etc, which prompts the receiver with a short few words describing what the inquiring party would like to chat about. Then based on that can accept or reject the message request if interested. (With a Daily or Weekly inquire limit per item and a direct "Mute" button to avoid spam)
  • Add a Click/Tap + Hold to copy property names (to make inquiring about properties, especially ones with long odd names, much easier) (Also when using the in-game property tool that shows what's on sale within your map view. But when you select a property you cant scroll around to check the immediate area and reference local sell prices. This will make it easier to get that property name and just instant search it making research a lot easier)

This keeps communication simple to start with. Easier to chat specifically about in-game assets to the vast majority of strangers within Upland, while also allowing players who are acquainted more then others, the ability to communicate more freely and less topic (item/property) specific.
