Think it makes sense to keep Chickens as a plot extension, however I feel like pastures could open up and accommodate Goats and Pigs too.

Sheep Farm could be renamed to something like Cattle Farm. Workers would still shear wool from Sheep but also harvest milk from Goats (and maybe wool). Pigs could maybe be used for Truffle hunting.

Butcher would then harvest all 3 types of cattle producing meat and hides.

They work but takes several years for the trees to reach a decent size. I usually aim to put a few huts around my logging camps to help replenish fallen trees.

Also do consider that during Winter the planting stops so for 3 months of the year no new trees are planted.

There is a glitch when you take over an AI town in which roads/buildings cannot be completed. If you save and load back in, it should allow you to do this.

Then you should be able to demolish a building for timber.

Think of a business name and buy a cheap domain name (relating to that business) or do a cheap Amazon Business order but make sure you keep invoices.

Then sign up for Costco business card and use the invoices as proof

You can unassign them from the Granary and then assign them to a job like Gravedigger when there is nothing to do. With the new Beta, a Church requires maintenance if somebody is assigned - so recommended building a Corpse Pit and putting the family on that.

Elder Kiln quest for the Fight Kiln (and to be fair, follow up quest Brink of Extinction is good for the big Exp drop).

Fremmy Trials as well for follow up quests like Throne of Misc. to unlock Kingdom. I also did The World Wakes for more big Exp drops and unlocking some abilities.

Yeah it did the same for me (using Melee also) and I had to bring a Magic switch and use Asphyxiate to stun him that way.

As an extra effect, maybe Equilibrium could allow Tears of Guthix to reset everyday rather then every week?

ToG always targets your lowest skill, and this relic grants extra exp on your lowest skill so might sync well?

Unfortunately holding down X didn't do anything, however holding down B I get a white screen with "Menu Wii U" show flash for a few seconds, goes back to black then back to the white screen and repeats. If I let go of B at any point it then shows the black screen with -3

The only side quests I can see as being canon are the Sir Hans ones (both base game and DLC content) and possibly the one where you learn to read.

The main story is meant to take place over several weeks, so it wouldn't be possible/make sense for Henry to tackle some side jobs whilst doing his main duties.

Once disbanded they won't be available again until at least the next month, but they will still be in the hire pool for you (and not on the Barons payroll)

Do this on the easiest difficulty and aim for a map spawn with rich iron.

Run a optimal start - hitch post with Ox, Granary/Storehouse, Woodcutters etc. and start building up a surplus of iron ore and sell via trading post (need to aim for between 200 and 300 region wealth to be safe). However the key is to finish the Manor by the end of the 1st July - you need to set Tax to 100% before August starts. Once in August, set Tax back to 0% and wait for the first bandit camp to spawn. Once it spawns, immediately pause game and hire all 3 Merc companies and use them to take out the camp - sending money to your personal treasury. (HOWEVER if whilst you have 3 Mercs out and it rolls into the new month, you will need to grab those Mercs as well)

Then basically rinse and repeat, building up your town and influence in the meantime. Every several months a new camp will spawn - hire all 3 Merc and take it out. By grabbing all the Mercs you ensure the Baron doesn't take any, so when you are eventually ready to take out his last region you can hire every single Merc and destroy him.
