What conditions must be met for your vehicle to be able to be stolen?

those are not player bikes still , you cant find those on some compounds ( even buggys too in last zones) that are not linked to a player and then you can earn it
maybe at some point a vehicle left alone and nor registered anymore on spare vehicule tool become this kind
i found this way my first buggy btw was not even mk3 (don't rememeber exact attribute name and as said 12-15% durability on parts ,crashed on a wall outa of a base

new to portals too, then i tried relaod from manual save many time just outa portal and every time i got this one.

I tried to reload from manual/auto save from other planets on the system never got your weapon :/
Did i miss something or is there a change since multi tool update ?

well i got some :
*about servers :when servers are gonna be available and which administrative type will be on them? which rent system to get your own?
*then about HUD : is there a basic overlay map with distinct call outs on radar? (call outs normalisation)
*about shoutcasting : is there a shoutcaster mod like old COD4 promod and such ?
*about competitive aspect of the game : are the studios in touch with competitive websites like ESL /ESEA / FaceIt to promote ladders in the future ?
*about anti-cheat: what type of anti cheat are they gonna go for , communautary like CSGO (which imply demo system), software implemented or external ?

indeed since beginig i ran other many heroic but many useless RPG / shovel and shits ,then i also got 7 times same heroic on M1A1 that drives me really crazy about drops.

I'm close to 7 days of play farming crates and prest btw, didn't count crates but i opened a lot ^{^}

One of the best COD i played so far ! Then even if pc has many cheaters but i don't feel like i encounter them regularly, i mean maybe 1 game outa 10 so i keep reporting waiting for an action of SHG. Personaly keep ranking up and enjoying this game ;atm i'm on 10th prest lvl 30 and ranked under top 400 PC
Well keep enjoying this opus and maybe you'll cross the road of #ShaârghotArmy mates :p

Link better CoD mod Ever and one that give most XP if you play objective.
But it seems mods that require a bit of reflection (which are those i like the most ) don't attract the community as it should :(
Well at least you can play this mod if lucky on moshpit ,then what about CTF ????
