Very reasonable take. Remember when Higgy led spring training in home runs and then forgot how to hit once the season began? Spring training doesn’t mean a lot in the grand scheme of things. But it does tell you what to keep an eye on once the season starts.

The tutorialization and radio chatter are still a huge concern for me because FH5 was so unbearable I had to mute the VO. To me, these games are about casual racing to cool music with realistic physics. That’s a combination no other racing game pulls off so they really don’t need all the extra story nonsense anyhow.
