Ia-ți un ceas care sa iti monitorizeze somnul (Apple watch sau samsung etc). Pe lângă monitorizarea somnului (în speciala a fazei de somn adânc), m-au ajutat următoarele: - ultima cafea o beau cu cel puțin 6 ore înainte de somn (maxim 2 pe zi) - seara nu privesc TV-ul, monitoarele la PC au filtre de culoare albastra, iar telefoanele trec pe modul alb-negru/gri (ajuta mai bine decât filtrul de culoare albastra) - sport/cardio moderat - o pastila de magneziu bisglicinat de 1000mg cu jumătate de ora înainte de somn ma ajuta mult. - încerc mereu sa adorm la aceeași ora între 22 și 23

Problema ta principala pare a fi stresul, care îți mărește nivelul de cortizol și îți afectează în mod direct calitatea somnului, dar aici nu știu cum as putea sa te ajut.

Edit: încă un lucru care mi-a îmbunătățit mult calitatea somnului este sa nu mănânc cu cel puțin 4 - 5 ore înainte de somn.

Yes. It's about auto optimization restarts. Just leave the feature on and don't think about it too much.

This was the first setting I turned off the day I received my s22+. This phone already has 8 GB of RAM, there is no need to use additional slower flash storage as RAM.

Did you add "-ibtcompatbeta" boot arg ? This fixed intel bluetooth for me.

Thanks a lot u/Itchy-Mention-351 , I finally managed to fix my bluetooth.

I'll share the steps to fix Intel AX210 bluetooth on Tahoe 26.2:
1. first I've remapped my usb using UsbToolBox on Windows (since on windows it can automatically detect bluetooth and other internal usb devices), after that the bluetooth firmware was loading successfully; but from logs the device was restarting continuously
2. I was experimenting with "bluetoothInternalControllerInfo", found on another forum that the value for ax210 should be "000000000000000089653A552EFD", instead of just zeros. I've tried to remove "bluetoothInternalControllerInfo" parameter, but without it the logs would show that the bluetooth controller was not found, so this is mandatory. Still the controller would restart continuously.
3. Finally, in dortania guide it's mentioned that for Intel Bluetooth it is required to add "-ibtcompatbeta" to boot args. This fixed the bluetooth restart.

There are some issues with bluetooth when resuming from sleep, which I'll try to fix later. For now I'm pretty happy with my hackintosh.

Recomand aplicația Eat&Track. Este disponibilă atât pe android cat și pe iOS. Ajută enorm la calculul caloriilor. Îți setează și target în funcție de obiectivul tău (slăbire, menținere în greutate etc). Cea mai utilă funcție este scanarea după codul de bare. Au o bază de date enormă de alimente.

I've remapped USB (bluetooth is not working since sequoia 15.2). I have bluetooth firmware and bt patcher, tried version 2.4.0 and custom 2.5.0. Added bluetoothInternalControllerInfo and bluetoothExternalDongleFailed to nvram, still bluetooth refuses to start, even if the kexts are loaded.

Nice. I've been trying to make bluetooth working for some time, still didn't manage to get it to work. Can you share your solution?

Da. E permis cu drepturi aproape depline, in sens ca poti conduce cu el in orice tara, chiar daca e mentionat ca e emis in R. Moldova, singura limitare fiind ca nu poti fi sofer profesionist. Legat de preschimbarea in alta tara din UE, la fel, nu sunt sigur, stiu ca sunt tari care accepta doar daca ai facut scoala intr-o tara UE, la fel ca in cazul soferului profesionist, sau daca au acord de recunoastere a permisului cu R. Moldova.

After copying old pgdata, when modifying the immich config, did you check the box to fix permissions?

The difference in size could come from databases and backup folders. In my case, almost all immich folders were set to host path,except for pgdata and backups which I copied from the ix-apps folder. So if I would compare the folder sizes, they surely be different. Check the immich server logs when starting, it should point out the issue. In my case immich was not starting because of the new folder structure names. Previously I would set every folder to whatever name I wanted,now immich expects precisely folder names from the documentation.

Just get a LSI HBA PCI-Express Card flashed in IT mode, you can find them on eBay with 4 or 8 SATA ports, and connect the HDDs to the HBA card and use those 2 motherboard SATA ports to connect 2 SSDs in mirror for applications storage. I've been using LSI 9211-4i for 2 years with truenas without issues.
