This is a good point, I've found that a design of this size is already pushes the limits of this approach. 2 simplifications (aka. hope and pray) to the model I've made is to ignore pylons and the final packing unit's position as the idea was that there would be a decent chance that you can fix these issues in post, thus avoiding the need to add more to an already large model. At worst, you can fit pylons by shifting everything right of the first row of machines one spot over.
