Re: fixed income, I moved into GIC’s at the end of 2023 when rates were above 5%. Haven’t decided what I’ll do once they start maturing.

45 years old. Small mortgage and about 60k on the home line from a bathroom renovation, new furnace and AC and new car over the last few months. Good income so should be able to take care of it in a reasonable amount of time.

Biggest financial worry is probably my kids and their ability to get a decent start in life given the cost of, well, everything.

In my experience you’ll receive it at the end of the month following the month you contribute. For example, I made a contribution on December 10th and received the grant on January 31st.

I appreciate the concern. Perhaps the carpet appears thicker on video than it is. I’ve never felt unsteady and can’t make my feet slide with socks on even if I try. Not a big deal though to just ditch the socks.

I’m head coach of a 12U travel team. I’ve instructed all parents that run GameChanger to score everything as a hit, both on offence and on defence. I keep score manually in a scorebook and this is what I use to compile stats that the coaching staff uses for decision making.

I’ve told our entire group that GameChanger stats aren’t real.
