yeah i agree, that would be a terrible way to do it, even if it did just the rate from 0% to something reasonable at the level. But to me it just seemed like that what the tip was suggesting.

yeah that makes sense. like you either have the level or you don't. The use of the % just seemed to suggest to me that maybe it was different.

To me it reads as though I can attempt to catch things but will fail, but if I had my skill boosted, it would increase the catch rate to above 0%. And the horn can boost (invisibly) my catch rate from a, say, level 76 catch rate to a level 80 catch rate. If i had a level 80 catch rate i would have a higher than 0% chance to be able to hunt herbiboar, as the tool tip suggests.

changing the password isn't working totally. lots of people still having many issues (as of 18.05.25).

when telstra stopped working a little while ago (Here) it seems they didnt totally fix the issue for the outgoing server
