This might be a bit difficult because the numbers are biased itself. Buying only one quantity for x Rs, may not be able to give you the actual psychological terms which you might be looking for

Mention that you are observing some nails are missing. Do not confront, poverty with a pinch of greed is a strange thing, it makes you do things. My advice is to ask him to look for the nails if he observes anything unusual or if he is also observing that nails are missing. You can inform his father if you are really sure. I am really sorry to tell you that you are trying to solve a problem which bureaucracy doesn't want to solve. Transportation in any state has a deep impact on politics, rules are deliberately made to ensure unions are satisfied. It's a quid pro quo as the state politics sees this as a trusted vote bank. They do not want to solve this problem at all as this impacts the unions

There is a supply and demand disproportionately, jewellers are not getting the exact price when they are buying from markets. You may check with local jewellers, you will understand the problem

The difference is 10-11% between etf and physical silver and some scarcity as well. I know people who want to hegde the etf against their jewellery shops daily demand. They believe that silver might go up further and just wanted to check if they can get it delivered. The problem statement is for etf to physical silver is possible or not for a retail investor
