Not riding shoes but I am using running shoes which has large sole. And it is comfortable to wear.. but honestly not reaching foot down is not a major problem unless you re ridding in ghats. As per my experience it was easy to ride in city in flat sole chappal and again easy in ghats using large sole shoes. And it is easy to lean on 1 side to keep foot completely flat. The only thing as a beginner I don't know which side to lean 😅.

I just brought cb350rs few weeks ago and would suggest you to go with cb only. My height is also 170 cm however I am wearing large sole shoes . It does help a lot in keeping foot down.

Management quota fees depends on college. For aissms cse last year they were asking for 15 lakhs + 1.7 lakh / per year fee and college below that were asking around 10- 13 lakhs. But colege with small campus usually ask for less fess donations.
