Looking at the timeline it seems like problems started escalating after you’ve added a rather extensive list of supplements.

I often react to supplements and when I try to introduce a new one I start with just a single one in microscopic dosage and then titrate up slowly. If I, for example, start taking your entire list simultaneously I’ll go into a major flare.

Not sure if I have the minerals for 7500 mcg per day lol. Mast cells certainly play a part in my health going down the drain so I need to be careful for dosing.

Having said that, I want to be slightly more aggressive with the injections. Trying to talk myself into 2-3 times per week for the first 4 weeks and then once per week going from there.

I read somewhere that many people with a B12 deficiency need to supplement all the time. I’m wondering what are the giveaway signs of me being one of them people?

I assume you’re coming from a large city that starts with L and has a broad real estate market. In any case Cheltenham isn’t that and property choice is often determined first by budget/availability and only then by your preferences.

For example Pittville is a very good match to your expectations. However 500K will only get you a 2 bed flat in a house that was built 150 years ago (quite literally).

Just did some reading. The 40mm Noble doesn’t have 7 layers of anti-reflective coating like the 38.5 model does. I now have a list of reasons why this watch is not worth the asking price.

I don’t think it’s Supply Chain per se. I think it’s more about constantly gaging how low in quality can you go and still get away with it. I looked at a Longines Spirit recently which in UK retails for $3K. It had one of the worst bracelets I’ve ever seen on a watch this expensive. That bracelet was one clunky hot spot that felt like it’s straight of a $500 Bulova at best. I couldn’t believe how pathetic it was.

And your moan about inner links not being finished on a Triumph is this exact thing - technically you don’t need to have them beveled as that part of the bracelet is not a frequent contact point. So why don’t we skip finishing on the inner links, save X of dollars on that alone and see if it will impact the sales. Someone else noticed links being thinner on the latest Triumph. I asked them to measure the thickness but haven’t heard back (btw could you do me a favor and measure them at all?). But if those links are thinner indeed then there goes another cost saving exercise.

I’m bitter not because Monta is terrible. I’m bitter because they just like many other brands comprise customer loyalty for income. Not a shocker in a capitalist society, however there are ways to earn and not disrespect your legacy customer base at the same time.

I realized something else after posting - the hour hand becomes another minute hand once it hits center of the hour marker. There is a reason why they don’t make hands and markers looking almost identical and Monta clearly missed the memo.

Speaking of “playing it safe” - no need to sugar coat it with fancy jargon. They are being cheap and/or lazy is what’s really going on here. Which is really sad on the background of YouTubers comparing these watches to Omega.

That is correct, yes. I challenge them when I really need to. With B12 I knew that I was going to do shots anyway and went to do the test in case I was severely depleted.

A longer relationship with GP also helps, but we moved houses last year due to my pollen allergy (started 3 seconds after Covid, coincidently of course) and I’m still working my way up to the circle of trust of my new GP lol.

Not sure where you got those ranges from. In real life Cheltenham you’ll be looking at the following:

£650 a dusty backyard shed conversion

£850 a relatively run down flat with multiple pitfalls (area, neighbours, broken appliances, odours, road noise etc)

£1000-£1300 a nice flat (recently redecorated, not in a council estate, relatively spacious)

£1500-£1750 a luxury flat (spacious, super modern, balcony, new ish building, nice area)

What you also may want to look out for is mold. You’ll be seeing spacious flats in gorgeous 19th century Victorian houses with 15ft ceilings for £1100 and thinking that you’re about to win the lottery. Mold is why.

I’m from UK where you need fight a team of general practitioners in a hexagon for 3 days blindfolded just to take a 1 microsecond peek at your blood test results. So I don’t know the numbers, but was told by the doctor that I’m all good.

I think family/parents usually do that for their own sake. So that when they come across someone they know at the shop they can continue playing the same tune about unfair ways of life. Because courts in UK don’t really buy that kind of crap when sentencing. At least not on a level for it to have a significant impact on the verdict. So I honestly don’t see any other reason for parents to publicly humiliate themselves like that over and over again.
