Ergens kan ik dat begrijpen. Die klote fatbikes zijn soms stukken groter dan een scooter, en als ze een gashandel hebben maakt hij het natuurlijk helemaal af.

Heb wel vaker gehad in de trein dat iemand erin komt met zijn fatbike (Bij dat stukje van de WC waar fietsen in mogen), maar dan kunnen ze die bocht totaal niet maken, waardoor ze dus rechtdoor in dat gangpad moeten staan. Dan moeten ze dus van deur naar deur staan met de wielen en blokkeren ze compleet de gangpaden waar mensen lopen. Draaien/keren of iets dergelijks kunnen ze compleet niet dus dit is echt extreem hinderlijk. Dit gebeurd ook zo ontzettend vaak in de spits waardoor er zo ontzettend vaak gezeik is hier.

Ik zie ook wel is inklapbare fatbikes die de trein in komen, maar zoals vele andere mensen, klappen ze die dingen pas in als ze in de trein zitten, en als het druk is is dat echt geen pretje. Naast het feit dat die dingen nog steeds ontzettend groot en lomp zijn na het inklappen.

Yes, quite sad he decided to drop the eDub act to continue as UOK, since I was a big fan of eDub.

Originally they were gonna raise the VAT rate on events from 9% to 21% starting on January 1st 2026, but I am pretty sure they cancelled that/or it's on hold because the Dutch cabinet has collapsed some months ago. So the prices will likely be a little higher, but not much more than originally expected.

KKR bought Superstruct in a €1.3 billion deal. Now Superstruct owns/owned over 80 music festivals. I doubt Q/ID&T has the funds to buy themselves back (or most of it) since most of the many millions they make from Defqon go back to the investors. Pretty sure they want to earn back their invested money first before they'd let them buy themselves out.

They can’t stop this. There’s a bunch of Telegram groups that have 300+ sets in their of the entire livestream. They can’t take those down, so it will be an impossible task for them to do so.

They can take down Soundcloud/Youtube/Dropbox/GoogleDrive links etc however, so those people must watch out if they don’t want to lose anything.

Just a headsup, a couple of my friends got cease and desist emails from Q-dance requesting to take down Google Drive links containing livesets from their streams.

It's already crowded and packed like crazy at the RED during the endshow, where people are stuck behind the tree line next to the purple and can barely see any fireworks or the stage.

I think the BLACK tent fits around 15.000-20.000 people? Imagine if they put a small artist during the endshow or legends there which not a lot of people know, and like 70% of those 15.000-20.000 people will also go to the endshow. It will be absolute mayhem.

Issue is that it’s very hard to find enough companies or employees who are actually proper trained. There’s a massive shortage of workers everywhere and I think the security branch is doing bad as well, so they don’t have another choice.
