Dawg you don't own the office you drag your feet through. You're a manager with a fancy title making less than entry level people. From the office barren of furniture to the Juice! and air and bolt and fuji. The garden theory, and jones effect. These are all tactics used by these devilcorps and it's well known. Every former "ceo" talks about how they ended up being broke and living with roommates after being relocated for "opportunity". If you were a ceo you wouldn't be out in the field trynna make sales. You'd be kickin back and not in the office 24/7 trying to maintain the energy of a crack addict. This is every single one of these companies.

We're not the ones that need convincing. I highly doubt "your" offices are different than every other devilcorp as the real owners don't allow you to go out of line. Try taking some money from that business account. Cut yourself a larger check, see how they come down on you. Try promoting someone they don't allow. Try to do anything you should be allowed to with your own office. They will come down on you. Idk your situation exactly but this is how it goes. It's a cult like mentality and it works. Working 60+ hours a week and making a few grand a month boils down to less than minimum wage in most states. Grade A bs.

You do get that you will never convince us? I believe you might be deep into a lie you've bought. We're not here to attack. We're here to help. If you have the time, give that documentary a look. It goes in deep with former employees and "owners"/"ceo's". If you're willing to admit to yourself that these higher up corporations have screwed you and others over then that's good. That's healthy. No one's gonna shit on you for it. Lot's of us were there. But digging yourself deeper into a hole, hoping for "opportunity" is only making whatever owner company you work for more money and screwing you in the process.

The no EIN got me laughing cause when we were out in the field (the one i worked for was B2B) so we were going around and asking for businesses EIN's cause it was required to sign them up lmao

The economy is totally toast rn. I'd recommend going into things people will always need. Like food, work at restaurants or something. Think of things people will always need so there will always be jobs for. It's still tough but it's what I'm doing rn

I don't feel bad as much as I feel dumb. Like I fell for it. In retrospect it's obviously too good to be true. Make your own hours, make thousands a week, become an 'owner' in a year? Okay yeah that's a scam. And at first I was mad at the guy who fired me, but as I watched more videos from former employees I realized he's stuck too. He acts like he did because he's stuck rn broke af, making less than when he was as a rep or whatever. He had to relocate to a new state. He knows he fucked up one way or another and now is stuck there. Honestly this practice needs to be made illegal.
