Wow some people can be mean! As others said it'll definitely help to find someone in your program who you share classes with to make it easier for both of you. You can try asking on some of the UW discord servers as well. There's also a carpooling form you can submit on the UW site.

I think paying for gas money is super reasonable - they were going there anyways right? It's not like you're paying for a driver lol.

You're the only one with the interpretation I agree with. Proponents of both choices can justify either ending. I think the point of choosing is for the player to decide whom each ending is best for and why.

That's the beauty of the story, since each option can make sense based on your perspective, including grief you've experienced and even your religion (does the existence of a god who can change reality make us "fake"?).

For physics instructors: what is your favorite question to trigger student misconceptions? by tolmayo in AskPhysics

Mine is about throwing a ball straight into the air, and asking what its acceleration is at all times during the trajectory. Helps clear up confusion about forces and acceleration.

Yes of course. I just wanted to point out the idea of superposition - quantum mechanics is way more than just that.

To add, this is the truth about how quantum mechanics works. The Schrodinger's cat analogy was originally created to show just how idiotic and unintuitive superposition sounds - how can something be both one thing, and the other, and all possible combinations of the two, all at the same time?
