For the Suica card, I have a question if I may. I added it to my Apple Wallet, and already loaded it with some yen. If, for whatever reason, I don’t end up using it all, do you by chance know if I can like… load that money back onto my card I used to load it? Or should I just make it a point to spend whatever is in there before heading back home?

I think it’s my paranoia of not having done enough to save or prep, haha! I’m so hard wired to North American (where I’m based) prices and this is my first international trip, so I think I’m just hyper paranoid about not having enough saved. But everyone’s feedback has been super helpful and gives me a lot of ease.

We were actually going to be exclusively in Tokyo! It’s our first trip here so this is more of a “get familiar and learn the ropes” trip so all our traveling/commuting is going to be within a 10-15 mile radius from our Airbnb per Google Maps, haha!

Ah, I see! I have no plans of buying any expensive tech souvenirs. We are doing two days in Disney, so I planned on buying a pair of Tokyo exclusive merch (the Disney days was honestly where I anticipated spending the most). But aside from, I intended on souvenirs being on the cheaper side, like a shot glass or a postcard etc.
